THE TERRA 90-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

We believe in our product, but we know comfort is personal. While industry standards offer 30 days, we give you 90 days.

1. OUR 90-DAY WEAR RETURN POLICY

If the shoes aren’t right for you, you can return them within 90 days of delivery, free of charge.

Condition: Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery if the shoes are new or lightly worn and returned in acceptable condition.

Cost: Returns are free. We cover the return shipping.

Try-on guidance: Light indoor use and short test wear are acceptable. Returns may be refused if items show clear signs of excessive outdoor wear, damage, heavy soiling, strong odors, or abnormal sole wear.

Exclusions: Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable. Final-sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

• Contact Us: Email support@barefooterra.com to initiate the return.
• Get Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
• Ship It: Drop the package off at the designated courier point.
• Refund: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

3. EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same return process. Shipping for the replacement pair is covered.

Damaged / Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
