SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO: EUROPEAN UNION (EU) & UNITED KINGDOM (UK).

We believe getting your gear should be as seamless as wearing it. Below is the protocol for processing and shipping.

1. PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • Business Location: barefooterra.com is operated by Terra in France.
  • Dispatch: Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our international fulfillment partner warehouse(s). Dispatch location may vary depending on product availability.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Processing Time: Once you place your order, please allow 24–48 hours for our warehouse team to pick, pack, and prepare your shipment.
  • Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

2. DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped within the EU and the UK, prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. In most cases, no additional duties or import charges are expected on delivery. Any customs or import charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and carriers and are outside our control.

3. DELIVERY TIMES & RATES

We strive to get your shoes to you within one business week.

*PO Boxes: Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

4. SEASONAL PEAKS & DELAYS

During high-demand periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or new collection launches), logistical volume increases significantly. While we strive to maintain our 5–7 day window, delivery times may occasionally be longer during these peaks.

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond our control, we will inform you with an updated timeline.
  • If an order has not arrived after 15 business days, please contact our support team for a resolution.

5. LOST PARCELS & TRACKING ISSUES

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us at support@barefooterra.com. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. ADDRESS CHANGES

Please contact us as soon as possible to update your delivery address. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
